Issue: Agents are missing under "Cloud Backup > Show > Machines".
Resolution: Please follow the below steps:
- In the VSA, navigate to "Cloud Backup > Configuration > Backup Groups"
- Here choose the Machine Group you'd like to add
- Click the Create button at the top
- Choose the drop-down and select the default one normally
- Click Save
- Go ahead and refresh the browser, or go back to the "Cloud Backup > Machines tab"...
- You should see those machines at this time:
