|APAC: December 25-26 and January 1-2|
During this time, a limited Support staff will be on-call and available for critical Service(s) Down issues only. Should you encounter a Kaseya server down issue, please raise a Service(s) Down ticket via the support portal, stating clearly the critical nature of the issue. Kaseya Support will be monitoring and will respond accordingly. Normal Support operations will resume on January 3rd. Thank you and happy holidays!
