SaaS Maintenance on Saturday, February 17, 2018 From 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST

Maintenance will be performed accorss the entire Saas farm on February 17, 2018 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST. In addition, the following Saas servers will be upgraded to VSA version 9.5 These servers will have extended maintenance ending at 1:00 PM EST: SAAS02, SAAS03, SAAS04, SAAS10, SAAS14, SAAS17, SAAS18, SAAS19, SAAS21, SAAS23, SAAS30, SAAS38, SAAS39, NA1VSA07, NA1VSA13, NA1VSA14, NA1VSA21

Kaseya Support offices in the US will be closed Monday, February 19, 2018 in recognition of the US President's Day Holiday. Support will be available but limited in the US to Critical Severity 1 (System Down) issues only. Normal Support operations in the US will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.
