Agents are Missing from 'Cloud Backup > Show > Machines'.

Issue: Agents are missing under "Cloud Backup > Show > Machines".

Resolution: Please follow the below steps:

  • In the VSA, navigate to "Cloud Backup > Configuration > Backup Groups"
  • Here choose the Machine Group you'd like to add
  • Click the Create button at the top
  • Choose the drop-down and select the default one normally
  • Click Save
  • Go ahead and refresh the browser, or go back to the "Cloud Backup > Machines tab"...
  • You should see those machines at this time:
