Unable to login with Acronis credentials

Problem:

When accessing Backup groups an error message pops up -  "Unable to login with Acronis Credentials".

 

 

Cause:

This error appears when the Acronis credentials are not set.

Solution:

Follow below steps to add the Acronis Credentials:

Navigate to Cloud Backup > Configuration > Settings > Add Acronis Credentials
