Alert on Mac: "Lua" is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated

Problem:

When the Kaseya agent is installed, we see a 1-time alert "Lua" is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated.

 

Cause:

You see this notification as Apple is notifying customers when they are using an app based on 32-bit technology. This is done via a one-time alert that appears when you launch a 32-bit app. 

In macOS Mojave, this alert appears once every 30 days when launching the app.

We are working to upgrade the agent to the 64-bit app.
