Agent deleted but the licence count is unchanged
When you delete an agent from Kaseya, it is not instantly deleted, but is scheduled for deletion overnight. Until the agent data is actually removed, the count will show incorrect.
If you cannot wait until the daily cycle removed the data, use the "Clean Database" button on the agent tab -> delete page. This will force the clean up. This can take a while, so do not schedule this during busy periods.
