Archive and access Agent Procedure logs


How do I archive agent procedures logs and access the same archived logs?


If archiving of logs has been enabled and archiving has been working on the server then you can check the archived logs folder to check the old log history ($:\Kaseya\UserProfiles\[folder_name]). If not, please follow these steps:

  • Configuring Agent Procedure Logs to archive under Agent>Log History to the length of time you want logs to be kept.

  • Confirm the right path to archive the files is set in: System > Configure > Log file archive path

  • If the old agent procedure logs have been archived then you will have to check the archive folder and find the logs from that date.
    • Navigate to your $:\Kaseya\UserProfiles\[folder_name] page and look for the archive folder with the date which you desire.
