How can I create a view for ALL Agents?
RESOLUTION
There is not a system built-in view for ALL agents in the VSA. Depending on the customer requirements, the use of a view for ALL agents might be needed.
To create a view for All Agents just click on "new' by the view tab and then select the option "Set machine ID" with the "*" (star) wildcard. Finally, save it with the desired name. This will create a view that includes ALL agents.
