Agent status does not show correct User logged on.


The current user does not reflect on "xyz" agents via the Agent > Manage Agents page.


Any query sent to the machine about the "Current User" would be answered by the KaUsrTsk.exe. This would return the name of the first user that logged in and started the KaUsrTsk.exe process. What happens and causes problems is if the current user on the endpoint clicks on "Switch User" or just "Logs Off" and a different user logs in.

What needs to happen is, the machine has to be shut down and restarted and a new user logs back in again for the correct "Current User" to show.
