Where is the Kaseya Agent Install Log located?

On Windows 7 and Up
- Fresh Install:
%localappdata%\Temp\KASetup.log
LAN Watch-based Remote Install (using PSExec.exe in v5.1 & KConnect.exe in K2 v6 and later)
AD-based Installs (using the specific Kaseya-created Agent Installer GPO)
[OS_Install_Partition]:\WINDOWS\Temp\KASetup.log (or whatever the Windows Temp folder variable is set as)
- Agent Upgrade via the Agent > Upgrade Version > Update Agent page
[Agent_Working_Directory]\KASetup.log
Where “[OS_Install_Partition]” = The drive that the OS installed onto, usually C:\
Where “[Agent_Working_Directory]” = The specified working directory path set in the Agent > Configure Agents > Working Directory Page.
Where “[User_That_Installed_The_Agent]” = The specified user on the machine that initiated the installation.
Default Windows Agent Installation Folder for v6-based Agents

On Mac OS X 10.3.9 - 10.8-based systems
- Fresh Install:
LAN Watch-based Remote Install (using SSH)
[OS_Install_Partition]/var/tmp/KASetup.log
- Agent Upgrade via the Agent > Upgrade Version > Update Agent page
[Agent_Working_Directory]/KASetup.log
Where “[OS_Install_Partition]” = The drive that the OS installed onto, usually 'Macintosh HD'.
Where “[Agent_Working_Directory]” = The specified working directory set in the Agent > Configure Agents > Working Directory Page.
Default Mac Agent Installation Folder for v6-based Agents
[OSInstallPartition]/Library/Kaseya
The Kaseya User Task application is located in [OSInstallPartition]/Applications
Note: The Agent installer /p custom path switch is not supported in the Mac Agent installer.
The Kaseya Linux Agent install log is located in the following directory
On Supported Linux systems (Client & Server distributions)
- Fresh Install & LAN Watch-based Remote Install (Using SSH)
[OS_Install_Partition]/tmp/KASetup_[PID].log
Where [PID] = the Process ID of the ./KcsSetup.bin execution.
Agent Upgrade via the Agent > Upgrade Version > Update Agent page
- [Agent_Working_Directory]/KASetup.log
- Where “[Agent_Working_Directory]” = The specified working directory set in the Agent > Configure Agents > Working Directory Page.
