Problem:
Live Connect throws a pop-up message each time “Open Kaseya Live Connect?”.
This is seen every time when the application is launched from Google Chrome. However, this message is not seen on other browsers say Firefox or Edge.

Solution:
This is not a Kaseya issue, it is an intentional change in Chrome v77 -https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/14194567?hl=en
It is the browser that displays prompt to launch a 3rd party protocol. The option to save the setting was removed in v77.
