Kaseya Backup Exclusions: Acronis Folders to whitelist


You may get errors "The Backup process has failed to start" or "The backup process has been interrupted. No log file has been created". You could also receive various installation failure errors.


In some cases a security program or antivirus client blocks the functionality of the Acronis product. 


You can solve such issues by adding program folders or executable files to the exclusion list or to whitelist.

Please review the Acronis link below to add the following program folders to your list of exclusions:
