QUESTION
Is it possible to install the Kaseya Backup client (Acronis Backup and Recovery) to a drive other than the system (c:) drive?
ANSWER
Kaseya Backup always installs Acronis to the "Program Files" location, as defined in the Windows environment variables. By default these are: -
ProgramFiles=C:\Program Files (on 32-bit Windows)
ProgramFiles(x86)=C:\Program Files (x86) (on 64-bit Windows)
This cannot be customized on the Kaseya side, so the only way to install to a different location would be to change the values in Windows (which may affect other applications).
