Live Connect File Manager fix for Internet Explorer

SYMPTOMS:

Error appears when clicking on File Manager in Live Connect

SOLUTION:

Fixes "FailedToCreateAdapter" error in Kaseya 6.3 and later when trying to use Live Connect > File Manager from Internet Explorer.

Extract FileManagerX63.dll to the following location on the "browser" computer (the computer you are logging on to Kaseya from): -

Windows Vista/2008 and above - C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Kaseya\PluginManager\IE
Windows XP/2003 - C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Local Settings\Kaseya\PluginManager\IE

This fix has be tested on VSA versions 6.3, 6.5, 7.0, 8.0
