How to start Kaseya Live Connect (KLC)


KLC can be started from any page in the Kaseya VSA web interface where Agent status icon is displayed. The application launches in a new browser tab.

Kaseya v6.5 and earlier - click on the agent status icon.

Kaseya v7.0 and later - hover over the agent icon and click "Live Connect" button from the Quickview pop-up interface, or by holding the Ctrl key and clicking the agent icon.

To open Live Connect in a limited access mode, hold the key combination Ctrl+Alt and click on the agent icon. Limited access mode does not establish a live connection to the agent, but provides access to these features - Home, Agent Data, Audit Information, Ticketing, Chat, Video chat.123.jpg
