MDM - Tracking location is not pulling any data


On KMDM, when I go to either "Locate Multiple Devices" or "Track a Single Device" and I click on "Start Tracking" I don't see any data populate on the screen, I just get a blue screen





You need to make sure that "Device Tracking" is enabled on the agent. Once that is confirmed, refresh the page that you are on and you should see the map
