Error message "there was an error trying to delete" when trying to delete data using Manage function

Problem

When trying to delete stored backup data using Data Backup > Manage page, this error is displayed - "there was an error trying to delete".

Cause

There is already a backup or restore job running on the target agent.

Resolution

Perform the deletion when there is no backup or restore running.
