Require Log In with KaseyaOne

Introduction

Require Log In with KaseyaOne forces MSP admin to log in with their KaseyaOne credentials to access Graphus by disabling their local Graphus login.

However, with the User Exceptions dropdown field, you can define a list of users who will be able to log into Graphus via the local Graphus login.

Note: The feature applies only to MSP admin. When Require Log In with KaseyaOne is enabled, organization users (users with access to only one particular Graphus organization) will still be able to access Graphus via their local login.

Pre-Requisites

The Require Log In with KaseyaOne feature is available on the KaseyaOne > MSP Administration page. You must have enabled KaseyaOne Unified Login for before enabling the Require Log In with KaseyaOne feature.

Once you enable Require Log In with KaseyaOne, the User Exceptions field is enabled.

IMPORTANT: User Exceptions feature allows you to select specific users to whom you want to provide an exception to this requirement, allowing them to continue to log into Graphus via their local credentials (Users selected in the User Exceptions list will still have the option to log into Graphus using the KaseyaOne login method).

5. Click the User Exceptions dropdown list to see all local users at the admin level.

6. Select the users who will be exempt from the Require Log In with KaseyaOne feature if enabled. You can type a user's name to filter the list.

Note: If you disable the Require Log In with KaseyaOne toggle, the User Exceptions field is disabled. If you re-enable the Require Log In with KaseyaOne feature, the User Exceptions field is re-enabled and retains the previously added users.

Login Scenarios

  • When Require Log In with KaseyaOne feature is enforced/enabled and a user is included in the User Exceptions list, the user can continue to log into Graphus using their Graphus or KaseyaOne credentials.
  • When Require Log In with KaseyaOne feature is enforced/enabled and a user that is not included in the User Exceptions list attempts to log in using local module authentication, an error message is displayed.
