Important: The feature is available to new global admins only.
The self-guided onboarding feature is designed for new global admins and provides on-demand interactive help. By presenting pop-ups, the user is introduced to key Graphus features and how to use them.
The onboarding feature can be accessed in two ways:
- Welcome announcement: When a new global admin logs into Graphus, they are greeted with a Welcome announcement and can begin the onboarding walkthroughs.
- Onboarding icon: Clicking the onboarding icon on the top navigation menu displays a pop-up menu.
The pop-up menu includes the following tabs:
- Tasks tab: Lists the onboarding tasks. You can start a task by clicking the task name. As you complete each task, it is checked off in the list. When you have completed all tasks, the Tasks tab will disappear.
- Show Me tab: Allows you to replay the onboarding tasks at any time after you have completed them on the Tasks tab. You can filter the tasks displayed by entering a term in the Search field.
Note: Each time you log into Graphus, the system checks if you have completed all onboarding tasks. If you have not, a modal is displayed reminding you to do so.
Onboarding from the Welcome modal
- In the Welcome modal, click the Okay! button.
- The Navigating the user interface task begins. Click the Let’s go! button.
Note: If you don’t want to perform the onboarding task now, click the Maybe Later button. When you are ready to onboard, refer to the procedure Accessing onboarding tasks with the onboarding icon. - Proceed through each pop-up window.
- When you finish the task, the Tasks menu is displayed. It shows that you have completed the Navigating the user interface task.
- Click the task Configuring the MSP Administration page. It is recommended you perform the tasks in the order they are presented as this will get you working in Graphus quickly and efficiently.
Note: You can end a walk-through at any time by clicking the X in the pop-up window. To access the walk-through again, refer to the procedure Accessing onboarding tasks with the Onboarding icon.

- In the upper-right corner of Graphus, click the onboarding icon.
- The Tasks tab displays the Tasks list. It is recommended you perform the tasks in the order they are presented as this will get you working in Graphus quickly and efficiently. To launch a task, click the task name.
- Proceed through each pop-up window.
