This article provides suggestions for troubleshooting Graphus Microsoft 365 Activation Wizard issues.
1. Request timeout error
This error indicates that the application took too long to respond to the permission request. After clicking the Activate button in the Graphus portal, permissions must be granted within 3-5 minutes.
Solution:
Activate the organization again by clicking the Activate button on the Organizations page.
2. Tenant ID not present for an organization error
This error indicates that the organization configuration does not have Azure AD Tenant ID.
Solution:
Click on the Update button on the Organizations page. Add Azure AD tenant ID and update the organization configuration.
3. Where to find Azure AD tenant ID?
Solution:
Log into the Azure AD portal using your Azure AD tenant admin credentials.
- Click on the Azure Active Directory link.
- Click on the Overview link. Look for the Tenant ID field on this page.
4. How to verify if the Graphus application is provisioned for the customer tenant domain?
Solution:
Log into the Azure AD portal using your Azure AD tenant admin credentials.
- Click on Enterprise applications.
- Click on All applications.
- Search for Graphus Activation Wizard.
5. How to deregister the Graphus Microsoft 365 Activation Wizard application?
Solution:
Microsoft Graph APIs do not provide a mechanism to deregister applications through REST API. Customers must delete the Graphus organization and the Graphus Microsoft 365 Activation Wizard application in the Azure AD portal.
- Delete organization from Graphus Portal.
- Delete the Graphus Microsoft 365 Activation Wizard application from the Azure AD portal.
- Log into the Azure AD portal using your Azure AD tenant admin credentials.
- Click on Enterprise applications.
- Click on All applications.
- Search using Graphus Activation Wizard.
- Click on the application link Graphus Activation Wizard.
- Log into the Azure AD portal using your Azure AD tenant admin credentials.

- Click on Delete.

This process will delete the Graphus Microsoft 365 Activation Wizard application from the Azure AD Tenant.
6. Activation in progress message
This message appears when a customer tries to activate the organization with the state ACTIVATION IN PROGRESS.
Solution:
Please wait until the Graphus DevOps team completes all the remaining activation steps and moves the organization to an ACTIVE state.
7. Error while activating organization “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in“.
This message appears when a customer tries to activate the organization with an invalid organization domain.
Solution:
Please check if the organization domain used while adding the organization is valid and the correct organization domain. The organization domain in the Graphus portal and the Azure AD tenant need to match.
8. Error while activating organization
This message is shown when a customer tries to activate the organization using admin credentials from another Azure AD tenant.
Solution:
Use the Azure AD tenant admin account that belongs to the domain you are trying to activate in Graphus.
