Graphus Microsoft 365 deactivation guide

Microsoft Graph APIs do not provide a mechanism to deregister applications which is the reason why deactivating an email domain is a two-step process in Graphus. First, you must delete the organization from the Graphus Organizations page. Then, delete the Graphus Microsoft 365 Activation Wizard application in the Azure AD portal.

To deactivate an M365 organization:

1. On the Organizations page in Graphus, click the Delete Organization icon. 
   
2. In the confirmation modal, click Proceed. 
    
3. In the Azure AD portal:
   a. Click Enterprise applications.
   b. Click All applications.
   c. Search for Graphus Activation Wizard.
   d. Click the Graphus Activation Wizard link. 
   e. On the Graphus Activation Wizard page, click Properties.
   f. Click Delete.
