The toggle button under the Email Notification for Graphus Alerts section is turned off by default.
Enabling the toggle button under the Email Notification for Graphus Alerts section provides three options: Quarantine, EmployeeShield®, and Phish911TM. When the toggle button under the Email Notification for Graphus Alerts section is turned on, Admins MUST turn on at least one of the three (Quarantine, EmployeeShield®, and Phish911TM) toggle buttons.
Note: Admins have the flexibility to choose one or more options to suit their needs.
Quarantine:
If the Quarantine toggle is on, only Quarantine alerts will be sent to the users provided in the Recipient Email Addresses box.
EmployeeShield®:
If the EmployeeShield® toggle is on, only EmployeeShield® alerts will be sent to the users provided in the Recipient Email Addresses box.
Phish911TM:
If the Phish911TM toggle is on, Recipient Email Addresses users receive alerts only when end users forward emails to the Phish911TM inbox.
Quarantine and EmployeeShield®:
Recipient Email Addresses users receive notifications only when both Quarantine and EmployeeShield® toggle buttons are enabled.
Quarantine and Phish911TM:
Recipient Email Addresses users receive notifications only when an email is quarantined or when end-users forward emails to Phish911TM inbox. As shown below, screenshot Quarantine and Phish911TM toggle buttons are enabled.
EmployeeShield® and Phish911TM:
Recipient Email Addresses users receive notifications only when an EmployeeShield® toggle is enabled or when end-users forward emails to Phish911TM inbox.
Quarantine, EmployeeShield® and Phish911TM:
Recipient Email Addresses users receive notifications only when an email is quarantined or when or when EmployeeShield is applied or when end-users forward emails to Phish911TM inbox.
Note: Only users listed in the Recipient Email Addresses field will receive notifications.
