How do I "Enable" my Autotask or Connectwise integration?

Once you setup your Autotask or Connectwise integration, you'll need to "Enable" it before it will start generating tickets to your Help Desk. 

1. Log in and scroll down to the section titled "Integrations". 

2. Click on "Enable" at the far right. 


3. Now you can start adding Organizations to the Integration.
