Why are new domain users not listed in my Manage Licenses page?

Spanning automatically refreshes the user list once per day to search for new users in your domain. If a user was recently added to your domain and Spanning has not yet run this user refresh, this new user won't display in the Manage Licenses page. To have these new users show up immediately, please log in to your Spanning Backup for Google Workspace as a Global Administrator and initiate an on-demand user refresh by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Users -> Manage Licenses
  2. Refresh users list by clicking the circular arrow button above the users list. Once sync is completed, your newly added users should now be listed in Manage Licenses page, and will be available to assign a Spanning Backup license to.
