We hate to see you go! However, if you decide that you must end you service with Spanning, there are a few things to note:
1. If you are a credit card customer, you can disable your auto-renew feature within the Settings page of your Spanning Backup account. To access the Settings page, log into your Spanning Backup for Salesforce account and click the Settings tab. Here, you can disable the auto-renew feature, as shown below:
2. If you are an invoice customer, please contact sales@spanning.com, and they will be able to sort out your account.
