How to allow access to Salesforce backup only for admin users?

Issue:

Due security restriction I need to provide access to backup software only for Salesforce administrators.

How:

1. Please open spanning backup settings

2. tab Backup & Security

3. Select "Allow admin access only"

After that changes only admin users will be available to manage backup software.
