When attempting to connect to a user through Kaseya Remote Control from the VSA, Is there a setting that can be changed/applied in the VSA to notify the end-user about the KRC and to proceed according to their choice?
Yes, indeed this is a configurable setting within the VSA. Here are the two screenshots to illustrate the two areas this setting can be applied, via a user role policy or per machine role policy.
Under Remote Control > Policy Settings > User Role Policy, Choose the required permission, select the machine, and hit on "Apply" to save the changes.
Under Remote Control > Policy Settings > Machine Policy, Choose the required permission, select the machine, and hit on "Apply" to save the changes.
Please note that the Machine policy takes precedence over the Admin/User role policy.
By default, this option is set to "Silently Take Control"
