How do I disable Kaseya Remote Control?

ANSWER

On the Endpoint:

  • An end-user can choose to disable remote control to that particular workstation by right-clicking the agent icon and choosing the option 'Disable Remote Control'.

By Machine: 

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible but a workaround could be that you can use "Remote Control>Machine Policy" and select " "Require Permission. Denied if no one logged in".

Option 1
