With the release of VSA 22.214.171.124, we have identified an issue related to previously scheduled Agent activities. Specifically, Software Management scheduled activities are out of sync, resulting in these tasks not running as expected. This issue occurs once agents are updated to 126.96.36.199.
Kaseya is currently working on a fix and will provide updates as they become available via this KB support article – continue following this KB article for all updates.
For SaaS customers, a fix will be applied as soon as it is available.
For On Premise customers, the 188.8.131.52 installer will be available again once we have fixed the issue – the new installer will contain the fix.
There is a workaround available if you wish to take immediate action prior to a formal fix becoming available: re-apply the Scan and Analysis and Deployment profiles to the endpoints.
