Reports fail with error: "The remote name could not be resolved: 'kserver'"

Issue: Running reports in the VSA fails with error: 

There was an error during the render phase of the report generation. There was an error generating the document PC Inventory Report There was an error generating the document PC Inventory Report The remote name could not be resolved: 'kserver'.

Cause: This is happening because your server name is not set properly via System > Server Management > Configure page.

Resolution/Workaround: Try setting your server name next to the "Change external name / IP address of the Server:" option as shown on the image above. If the issue continues to appear after that please contact Kaseya Support for further assistance.
