- TRAVERSE_HOME\uninstall\logs
Linux:
Tar/compress:
- TRAVERSE_HOME/logs
where TRAVERSE_HOME is the Traverse installation directory
If the logs are 20M or less, please zip and attach to the ticket
If the logs are greater than 20M, we will provide an upload link on the ticket
