New Features
Graphus is releasing two new features:
- The Activation Progress modal and new organization statuses that apply when activating M365 email domains.
- Self-guided onboarding for new global admins.
Activation Progress modal and organization statuses
Activation Progress modal
Graphus performs several tasks to activate an organization’s email domain. While the activation process may take 24 to 48 hours, you can check the progress in the new Activation Progress modal.
The modal is available only when activating M365 email domains and identifies the status of each step in the activation process. When a step starts, the step icon changes from gray to green, as shown in the step Identify organization members. When the step is finished processing, the step icon displays with a check mark.
New organization Statuses
During the activation process, new organization statuses will be displayed. After the Activate link is clicked, the Status will indicate In Activation Queue. When Graphus initiates its tasks in the process, the Status will change to Activation in Progress and the View Progress link appears in the Action column. You can click the View Progress link to display the Activation Progress modal.
Note: The Activation Progress modal and new organization statuses apply only when activating M365 email domains.
For information about activating an M365 organization and the steps in the Activation Progress modal, see the Graphus Microsoft 365 activation guide.

We are excited to announce a new self-guided onboarding feature for new global admins. By presenting pop-ups, the user is introduced to key Graphus features and how to use them.
-
Welcome announcement: When a new global admin logs into Graphus, they are greeted with a Welcome announcement and can begin the onboarding walkthroughs.
