New Feature
Two-factor authentication using an authenticator app
Two-factor authentication can now be used with an authenticator app. This new option is available in addition to the option using SMS verification.
The admin and the user are required to perform key tasks to activate two-factor authentication using an authenticator app.
Admin tasks
When adding a new user, the admin must enable the Two Factor Authentication toggle. Note that the Authenticator App option is automatically selected as the authentication method. The Authenticator App option is available for existing users as well.
For more information about the admin tasks, see the guide Adding users to Graphus.
User tasks
The user is required to download and configure a two-factor authentication application, like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, to their mobile device. Then, every time the user attempts to log into Graphus, they will be required to enter the authentication code generated by their authenticator app.
For more information about the user tasks, see the guide Logging in using a two-factor authentication app.
