Name of the Personal Spam Filter changed in the Graphus portal
The built-in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace spam filters often allow commercial marketing and bulk emails to be delivered from senders the filters consider to be legitimate. These emails are referred to as graymail.
The purpose of the Personal Spam Filter in Graphus is to provide each email recipient the ability to act on the graymail they receive. When a recipient clicks Block as Junk in the EmployeeShield banner, all future emails from the sender intended for that recipient will be blocked.
But, if the recipient does not take action, future emails from this sender will most likely continue to get past the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace spam filters and into the recipient's inbox. It is up to each recipient to act on the graymail they receive, if they choose to do so.
To prevent potential misunderstanding of the Personal Spam Filter, the filter is now being referred to as the Mail Filter in the Graphus portal.
