Web error upon navigating to the Superuser --> Health page or a Blank web page

PROBLEM:

When you login to Traverse as superuser and navigate to the Superuser --> Health page, an error (example below) is shown.

Occasionally, a page is not populated and appears blank

Length of colNames <> colModel

 

RESOLUTION:

Clear the browser cache and try again.
