If you are trying to re-install your DGE / DGE extension and you encounter this issue:
1. Optionally reboot the computer
2. Check Traverse is not listed under "Programs and Features"
3. Move any older folders (specified at the time of prior installation) to another location (e.g. c:\temp)
4. From File Explorer, navigate to 'C:\Program Files (x86)'
5. Make sure hidden files are showing (Show hidden files - attribution Microsoft)
6. Remove the hidden folders 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry' and 'Old installation path\Zero G Registry'.
7. Run the installer again
