Traverse is showing device offline (packet loss test critical) when it is not
RESOLUTION:
To assist with the troubleshooting, please provide the following on a support ticket:
Please start with a screenshot of the issue. (Devices affected/Test Status)
From the DGEX, please perform a ping and provide a screenshot of the same.
A history of the packet Loss for the test for the last few weeks will also be instructive.
Lastly, a wireshark packet capture for 10 minutes om the DGEX will help. At the time the wireshark capture is running, please perform ping from the command line as well. Please note the times.
