Troubleshooting: Network configuration Management (NCM) component

QUESTION:

How can I troubleshoot the Network Configuration Management?

 

RESOLUTION:

The Network Configuration Management (NCM) feature is to be separately licensed. Please reach out to your account manager.

Please make sure that the 'Network Management Configuration' component is listed on the Traverse Service Controller. If not, on Windows, please launch services.msc from the BVE and set the 'Traverse Network Configuration Management' to automatic.

Please exit the Traverse Service Controller and relaunch the Traverse Service Controller program.

You should now see the 'Network Management Configuration' listed and you should be able to check the box and start it.
