Can't save certain Custom Reports as PDF or as CSV

QUESTION:

Is it possible to save a custom report as a PDF we do not seem to have the option to save the report at all, trying to do a Custom > Device Inventory Report. 

RESOLUTION:

At this time, the only workaround possible would be to "extract" the data using our APIs and building a like report from it. Should you need assistance with this (we have a number of examples here in the Knowledge Base around API usage), this would be a Kaseya Professional Services engagement as it is outside the scope of Support.
