PROBLEM
After upgrading to Kaseya R8 or R9, you see that the version numbers in Windows Control Panel -> Add/Remote Programs still shows 7.0.0.0 as the version numbers
CAUSE
This is a known issue that is being investigated.
SOLUTION / WORKAROUND
This is only a display issue and does not mean the the versions installed are wrong.
To confirm that you have the correct versions installed, do the following
1. Log in to the Kaseya web interface
2. Go to the system tab -> License manager page
3. On the "General" tab, you can see the actual versions of the modules installed
