SQL database is 'pausing' and no one can log in for a small period of time.


Every day, I am unable to perform specific tasks in Kaseya for a short period of time. When I look at SQL, I find that I can't do anything in SQL at that time as well. 


The database IO is frozen during a Backup or Snapshot. This freezes the database IO and you can only resume tasks once the backup or snapshot is complete. This isn't specific to the Kaseya database but to all databases in SQL.



We don't recommend running a backup or a snapshot of the database during business hours. Instead, we recommend letting Kaseya manage your database backups through the UI in the System tab > Configure page. However, if you would like to continue running backups and snapshots, we recommend that these only be performed at night or off peak business hours.
