Login to the Kaseya VSA fails with error "Either BOF or EOF is true..... on /access/logon.asp, line 555"


Kaseya Login does not work with error message shown below

ADODB.Field (0x-7ff5f433) 

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

The root cause of this is that a value in the database has not been set correctly.



Please log into your kaseya server and please browse to below shown URL


You can also browse to below URL 

http://<vsa address>/inc/getcheck.asp

This should come back as check complete.The absence of a row in either table after an attempt to report/fetch license information is the culprit most of the times.

If this does not fix the issue, please open a high priority case with Kaseya Support
