The Anti-Malware>Detections page does not display any detections:
This can occur from two possible cause:
- There is a detections and/or machine filter that is causing the page to render 0 results.
- The database table that holds the detection information has grown too large and is no longer rendering properly.
The first cause is easily resolved by clearing the detections and/or machine filters:
The second cause is a known defect that is currently being reviewed by the engineering team and is expected to be fixed in a future release. In the meantime, please contact Kaseya Support for assistance in resolving the issue.
