In some instances, Malwarebytes' Support will require that you run ProcMon on your machine so they can investigate the issue that you are having
Answer:
To collect the log, please do the following:
1. Download ProcMon from this link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx
2. Extract ProcMon to your desktop
3. Double-click it to run
4. Once ProcMon begins running, please try to reproduce the issue.
5. Once this is done, please open ProcMon and click File -> Capture Events (this should be checked by default, we want to uncheck it)
6. Afterwards, still in ProcMon, click File -> Save and save the ProcMon log.
7. Please try to attach the ProcMon log to the ticket
