KAV - How to get Complete memory dump


How do I get Complete memory dump ?


After the installation of a KAV,  Windows may stop unexpectedly and error message may appear on a blue screen. There might be a conflict either with your computer software or with some drivers and KAV. 

To get the complete memory dump, follow the steps below.



Zip the file and create a Support Ticket so we can send it over to Kaspesky for analysis.


When collecting the dumps, please make sure that you also collect the following logs:
