Problem: File(s) keep on getting detected as a threat even though I added the file as an exclusion on the profile
Cause: The KAV profile may not have applied correctly
Resolution: Log-in to the machine and open the Kaspersky UI, check under the exclusion list that the file that you added is there.
If the file is not there please reapply the profile again.
If you continue to have issues, try creating a new profile and assign the new profile.
If the issue still persists after trying all these steps, please create a Support Ticket.
