How to Remove AV software to allow Kaspersky to be installed.
Resolution:
In order to successfully install Kaspersky on an endpoint, you'll need to make sure that no other AV software is installed on the machine. If a third-party AV software is still running, please take a look at the following KB:

Here you will find the uninstall tools, download the one that is installed and run the removal tool. After removal, reboot the machine and try installing Kaspersky.
If the software vendor is not on the list, contact the Vendors website for removal procedure.
