There are many situations where you may wish to execute an agent procedure step as the “User” Instead of the default option of “System”. In a number of steps you have the ability to change this to “User” from System.
Despite making this change you've discovered that the step still runs as the “System” account and not the Users one.
For Kaseya to be able to run a procedure as the logged in user Kaseya requires the “KaUsrTsk.exe” process to be running for this user.
Ensure that “KaUsrTsk.exe” is running for intended user.
