Agent Procedure Error "The File Exists"


It happens just after the installation of the new version of VSA and Users see one of the following errors on UI:

· “Error loading marked object for procedure. Cannot create a file when that file already exists.”

· “Error loading marked object for procedure. The file exists.”

Steps to fix the issue

Delete <Drive>:\Kaseya\KServer\AgentProcedures.config file from VSA server.
