Receiving the "ActiveX control kaxRemote.dll failed to load!" error in Firefox when starting RC session?

When initiating Remote Control session from a Firefox browser, the following error message is displayed: 

"ActiveX control kaxRemote.dll failed to load! -- Please check browser security settings.
Verify that signed ActiveX controls may be downloaded and run from this browser.
You are using the Firefox browser.
Remote control requires ActiveX.
Please install ActiveX into your browser and try again"

How do I resolve this?

ANSWER

Firefox does not support ActiveX, which is used to download and run the Remote Control viewer.

Use the manual download link below the message to download and run the viewer. This needs to be done every time you take control of a machine using Firefox.
